St. Merkorious Charity had the pleasure of serving lunch to the elderly parishioners at St. Joseph Maronite Catholic Church during the feast week of the parish Parton Saint.
Unfortunately, due to the outbreak of COVID-19, there were reduced number of participants. However, we had a lot of takeaway containers available, and guests were extremely grateful to have the company of our volunteers, and their supportive community.
We give special thanks the parish priest, Fr Maroun El-Kazzi for allowing us to serve the congregation, as well to the church volunteers for cooking saj and mini pizza for the celebration.
