We make a change in the lives of our clients, and support them all we can. We rely on the kindness of our donors to continue doing so. As a telemarketing volunteer, you’ll assist us with marketing and fundraising campaigns, incite interest in our cause, as well as creating direct email/mail appeals and telemarketing campaigns to help us reach out to prospective donors.

We request a minimum commitment of 3 hours on a weekday between 7.00 am – 2.00 pm Monday-Friday for at least 3 months.
Your rostering of hours and days will be negotiated with you to meet your availabilities as a volunteer and the needs of the service.
We are committed to upholding the Volunteering Australia’s National Standards for Involving Volunteers. That’s why the engagement of ongoing volunteers is generally restricted to a maximum of 16 hours per week.
