Thank you for being interested in volunteering as administration support! The general purpose of admin support volunteers is to assist us in the charity office with duties such as assessing client’s needs, coordinating deliveries, giving catchups with clients who may want some friendly conversation, events, and more!
Admin volunteers will touch on the many matters in the office, so it would be desirable if you have:
We request a minimum commitment of 3 hours on a weekday between 7.00 am – 2.00 pm Monday-Friday for at least 3 months.
Your rostering of hours and days will be negotiated with you to meet your availabilities as a volunteer and the needs of the service.
We are committed to upholding the Volunteering Australia’s National Standards for Involving Volunteers. That’s why the engagement of ongoing volunteers is generally restricted to a maximum of 16 hours per week.
